Implementing a comprehensive web-based software system requires careful planning, guidance and a knowledge of 'best practices' that have proven successful.  Eutactics' project management staff is available to help with every step of the implementation process.

The first step of implementation includes a discussion with district administrators about their expectations for SEMS Tracker and the outlining of a timetable and strategies to meet those expectations.

With expectations set, Eutactics staff conduct seminars with district staff that focus on the goals of the district and which district programs will be included in SEMS Tracker, the features of SEMS Tracker for each program, staff security considerations and data rules to be implemented.  At the end of the seminars the Eutactics consultant summarizes the decisions made and sends a written summary to the district to help guide the continued implementation of SEMS Tracker.

Eutactics also provides long term project management for districts with more complex implementation requirements.  The Eutactics Project Manager will set up a series of meetings focusing on each program or feature to be implemented.  The Project Manager will meet frequently with administrators to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of SEMS Tracker.
